To be successful in the fast-paced, competitive technology sector, this Entelechy client needed a unified, scalable, repeatable way to deliver leadership development to its geographically diverse workforce to ensure that everyone was speaking the same language, using the same models, and adhering to the same competencies. To meet this need, Entelechy developed a 10-week blended learning experience for people managers and technical leads at or below the Senior Manager level.

During the global pandemic, Broadcom AOD’s technically skilled managers needed leadership development and “soft skills” training in order to increase employee engagement, foster collaboration, and create a unified approach to performance management, including coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations. Entelechy created a customized senior leadership journey for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Developing Emerging Leaders. The program initially ran as a blended learning experience, anchored by in-person classroom workshops. To ensure consistency and continuity through the global health crisis, Thermo Fisher Scientific tapped Entelechy to reimagine the proven Developing Emerging Leaders program as a completely virtual learning experience. Thermo Fisher Scientific continues to leverage this easily accessible and scalable method to develop high-potential future leaders around the world.

Entelechy, in partnership with National Grid, created Energise Our Business, a 26-week social learning experience on NovoEd to instill critical leadership topics and skills in the organization’s most senior leaders. The end result was a masterclass in cohort-based learning and created a cohesive approach to leadership across the enterprise.

Republic Services and Entelechy worked closely and collaboratively to create the three-day Leadership Fundamentals program. Leadership Fundamentals trains leaders to build productive, meaningful relationships with employees, to lead effectively, and to develop talent and bench strength through deliberate coaching and performance management. Implemented as one program, two tracks, Leadership Fundamentals consists of a core track for frontline and mid-level leaders and an executive reinforcement track.
