To be successful in the fast-paced, competitive technology sector, the employees at this global technology company must constantly innovate and collaborate, while remaining agile and flexible. Based on employee and senior leadership input, the HR Leadership Team sought to establish a unified, scalable, repeatable leadership development program for people managers and technical leads at or below the Senior Manager. The program must engage leaders across the globe and ensure that everyone was using consistent performance management models and developing the same leadership competencies.

The HR Leadership Team engaged Entelechy to create a 10-week blended learning experience based on Unleash Your Leadership Potential.

The program received two HCM Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group: a gold award for Best Advance in Leadership Development and a gold award for Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders and an Excellence in Partnership Award from Chief Learning Officer.
