OVERVIEW

Leading Leaders is a powerful leadership development experience designed for senior leaders ready to expand their impact and lead effectively through other leaders. The program equips participants with the capabilities required to guide teams, functions, and business units, driving performance and delivering meaningful business results. Leading at this level requires a distinct shift. Participants learn to craft a compelling vision, align stakeholders across diverse perspectives, and drive disciplined execution. The experience challenges leaders to move beyond managing work to leading strategically, strengthening their leadership brand and increasing their ability to influence, engage, and deliver results at scale.

To ensure learning translates into action, Leading Leaders incorporates structured application and practical tools that support real-time implementation. Guided prompts and practical resources show leaders how to effectively leverage their organization’s AI tools to streamline their work, enhance leadership practices, and strengthen the skills and content introduced throughout the program, accelerating both behavior change and impact.
