OVERVIEW

Aspiring Leaders provides foundational leadership knowledge and skills to high-potential individual contributors or anyone preparing to step into their first leadership role. After completing the program, participants will be better equipped to make the critical shift from individual contributor to leader by building the self-awareness, communication, and influence skills needed to lead others with confidence. As a result of deploying Aspiring Leaders, organizations benefit from a stronger leadership pipeline of high-potential employees, increased employee retention and talent development, and a solid foundation for long-term, leadership success across the organization.
