Ted has more than 25 years of experience as a facilitator, consultant, and talent leadership executive. Ted’s deep knowledge of the business-side of learning and development— notably strategy, people management, resourcing, and operations — enables him to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that drive real business results. Previously, Ted was Vice President, Talent and Leadership for Fidelity Investments and Vice President, Senior Client Officer at The Forum Corporation. Ted holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Angela brings more than 25 years of leadership, sales, management, and customer excellence training and consulting experience to her clients. Angela has worked in sales, technical support, and management across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. She is able to use her own leadership experiences to provide hands-on application and relevance to her training engagements. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and her MBA from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Joolz has been consulting, facilitating, and delivering training for large global corporations and small businesses for more than 20 years. Her experience includes success in leadership and performance management, workplace culture development, and executive mentoring. Joolz’s extensive cross-functional business experience across multiple sectors, together with high emotional and spiritual intelligence, delivers results while building strong and mutually enriching client relationships. She is the author of "Enlightened Business: Leadership for Sustainable Success."

Cate brings over 20 years of human resources, training and clinical experience to her clients. In the six years she’s worked with Entelechy, Cate has facilitated training classes, helped other trainers perfect their own delivery, and managed leadership program customization and development. Before beginning her consulting practice, Cate was the Director of Human Resources for Irving Oil Marketing. Cate received her Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Counseling and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.

Sapna brings nearly 20 years of extensive experience as a facilitator and consultant, specializing in global leadership, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and women's empowerment initiatives. Sapna is committed to empowering leaders to break conventional boundaries, foster innovative thinking, and derive inspiration from diverse cultural contexts. Sapna holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore.

Sandra brings more than 25 years of global experience partnering with senior leaders to strengthen performance, foster inclusive leadership, and drive organizational effectiveness. She coaches executive and commercial leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and cross-border complexity in multinational and fast-scaling environments. She holds BAs in Communication & Spanish from Rutgers University and a Masters in Intercultural Education & Immigration from Universitat de Barcelona.

Mel is a highly skilled facilitator and organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience in the private and public sector. Before beginning her consulting practice, Mel was the Global Director of Learning & Development for Thermo Fisher Scientific BioPharma Services Division and Global HR Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Laboratory Products Group. She is the published author of Using Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace, published in 2017 by ATD Press.

Dr. Vimala Seshadri is the founder and Chief Inspirational Officer of Insight Coaching Solutions. Throughout her career, she has successfully facilitated programs on team management, business communication, cross-cultural collaboration, resilience building, emotional intelligence, and executive presence. Born in India and raised in the United States, Vimala spent four years in the corporate sector before permanently relocating to India. Vimala holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Tracie has focused her career on helping people and teams around the world become stronger and more effective. Through Entelechy, Tracie delivers programs to diverse clients and has supported their in-house trainers with coaching and co-facilitation, enhancing their capacity and confidence. She graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Marketing/Public Relations. She is also a graduate of the MIT Organizational Learning Center’s Leading Learning Communities program. She earned a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership in Organizations from Viterbo University.

Karen brings over 20 years of leadership and training experience to her clients. Before beginning her consulting practice, Karen was the Managing Director of the UK for Global Refund, doubling its sales in ten years. Karen has broad experience in the areas of leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation. Based in the United Kingdom, Karen has delivered leadership training in Greece, Spain, Zambia, China, Germany, Japan, and Singapore. Karen has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

With more than 20 years of experience, Doug empowers leaders to achieve sustainable success through strategic planning and execution. Recognized as a trusted advisor and adaptable leader, Doug excels in designing and implementing human-centric strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. As co-founder and managing partner at Adaptive Talent, Doug has a proven ability to foster strong relationships with C-level executives and organizational leaders, driving growth and development at all levels. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aviation Management and Flight Operation from Daniel Webster College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University.

Miranda Troy is a seasoned executive coach and senior human resources consultant, with more than 25 years of expertise in the industry. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, team-building, and strategic HR advisory services. In addition, Miranda has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over a decade and recently received her 200-hour yoga teaching certification. As co-founder and executive coach at Adaptive Talent, Miranda is a trusted business partner and advisor to multiple senior leaders and executives. Miranda also serves as a Senior HR Consultant with OneDigital. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from the University of South Alabama.
